Selection Process and Timeline
A qualified panel of judges will evaluate submissions and select potential winners on or about December 15, 2026. In the event of a tie, the applicant with the higher overall excellence score will prevail. The sponsor reserves the right to decline to award scholarships if a sufficient number of eligible and qualified applications are not received.
