WAFP Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Wisconsin Association for Food Protection
Purpose and overview
These scholarships support and encourage students pursuing studies that can lead to careers in sanitation, culinary arts, food microbiology, or dairy, food, and meat sciences. The Wisconsin Association for Food Protection (WAFP) grants three scholarships each year. Previous applicants and past recipients are eligible to apply again. Available awards
WAFP is accepting student applications for the following scholarships:
- $2,000 Technical College Scholarship
- $3,000 College or University Scholarship
- $3,000 E. H. Marth Scholarship
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled at the time they apply in a college or university that is accredited in Wisconsin.
Required application materials
Please submit the following items with your application:
1. A cover letter explaining why you are applying for the scholarship and how it relates to your career goals.
2. A resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
3. An official or unofficial academic transcript.
4. One letter of support from a faculty member or academic advisor. This letter may be uploaded with the online application or sent by email to scholarship@wifoodprotection.org.
