Overview
- Two scholarship categories are offered. The CSM Virgil R. Williams Scholarship and the Patriot Scholarship are funded by EANGUS and are disbursed directly to the school attended by the recipient. The second category consists of awards sponsored through formal partnerships with specific universities.
Application requirements
- Current EANGUS membership number (mandatory for submission)
- Academic transcripts (high school, college, CLEP, etc.). Unofficial copies are acceptable unless a notice specifies otherwise.

Louise Miller (1914–2008), who was a founding member of the Greater Bridgeport chapter in 1948 and a noted teacher, church musician, and organist. In 2015 the Greater Bridgeport Chapter of the American Guild of Organists renamed the fund following a generous bequest from the estate of Dr. Paul E. Knox (1930–2015), a respected colleague of Dr. Miller and distinguished church musician and educator.
